Classic Scalamandre Wallpaper: Prancing Zebra’s

The prancing zebra’s were created by Scalamandre in 1945 for Gino of Capri restaurant in New York City in the radiant red background. As the pattern evolved, it has become the most popular signature wallpaper pattern that represents Scalamandre. Over the years the design house has updated the offerings of colorways in both wallcovering & fabric. Shown below is our favorite color that is currently available in Silver and black!

The Javitz center hosted the 2015 Summer NYNOW gift & home decor trade show. Decor has been attending this show since the early 90s. Lighting is one of the most important elements of Interior Design beucase it server both the purpose of aesthetics as well as functionality. Lighting must assist in giving a space the proper amount of light and mood for the designated purpose of a space.

Thibaut Wallpaper & fabric @ NYC D & D building Duralee Fabrics

Thibaut design’s New York City showroom flagship showroom is less than a year old. It operated & managed by Duralee Fabrics (with access to the newly renovated Duralee Showroom). The Thibaut Showroom displays Wallcoverings & Wallpaper, Fabrics, Furniture & all of the sample books in the Thibaut library. The Showroom is currently featuring Thibaut’s Imperial Dragon Wallpaper & fabrics as the focal point of the current showroom display! We love the color palette of this fabulous design!
